Carol Jones is Senior Vice President for Wood Residential Services East Region, overseeing operations from Massachusetts to the Carolinas. Skilled in the creation of high-performing property operations and teams, Jones focuses on producing value through balancing the partner, developer, employee and resident requirements and effectively positioning assets through all lifecycles.

Before joining Wood Partners in 2015, Jones served as a Portfolio Director for Rose Associates in Manhattan, overseeing operations for their third-party managed portfolio. Throughout her more than 25 years in the industry, she has operated in several different capacities. As a Vice President of Asset Management for BlackRock, she directed the operations and JV partner relations for national portfolios of multi-family, hotel and industrial assets, focusing on operational efficiencies. She started her career with Oxford Management as an on-site associate before moving to regional Property Management roles.

Jones has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, holds a CPM® designation from IREM®, completed the CAPS® certification through the National Apartment Association and is a former Education Committee board member.

Jim Lambert

Jim Lambert is a Development Director for Wood Partners responsible for all development activities in the Boston area including origination, permitting, design, capitalization and construction of all new projects in the market.

Prior to joining Wood Partners in 2015, Jim was responsible for multifamily development as the Vice President of Development for Mill Creek Residential Trust in their Boston office. At MCRT he was instrumental in the sourcing, capitalization or construction of over 1,300 multifamily units.

Lambert received an MBA from Bentley University with a concentration in real estate. He completed his undergraduate studies at Northeastern University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
