Caitlin Shelby is the Director for the Raleigh-Durham office of Wood Partners. In this role, she manages the sourcing, financing, and development of multifamily communities in eastern North Carolina and Virginia.
Prior to joining Wood Partners, Ms. Shelby managed nearly 2 million square feet of development for Boston Properties and The JBG Companies in Washington, DC. Ms. Shelby began her career working in corporate finance and project management at the New York City Economic Development Corporation.
Ms. Shelby received her MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, with a concentration in Real Estate Development and Real Estate Finance. She graduated from Fordham University with her BS in Business Administration. Ms. Shelby is a member of the UNC Kenan-Flagler Leonard W. Wood Center for Real Estate Studies Advisory Board, ULI Regional Initiative Council for the Carolinas, and ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative Steering Committee for the Triangle.
Cole Healy is the Senior Vice President of Client Relations. He directs the growth of Wood Residential’s management portfolio and its client services, working strategically with business partners to evaluate new assets, including development, acquisition, and management assumption opportunities.
With over a decade of multifamily experience, Cole has overseen the management transition of over 20,000 apartment homes, valued at $5 billion. He has extensive experience in development and acquisitions underwriting and specializes in identifying opportunities to enhance under-performing stabilized assets.
Prior to joining Wood Partners, Cole served as the Director of Business Development for Drucker + Falk, a NMHC Top 50 property manager, and spent 8 years with Blue Ridge Companies, a development and operating company based in North Carolina.
Cole’s interests include spending time with his wife, two sons, and two dogs, perfecting spice rubs for grilling, fitness programming, and vacationing along the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
He is a graduate of Pfeiffer University and holds a real estate license.
