Wood Partners Announces The Belgard NOMA Wins MHN Excellence Award

Newswire — October 3, 2019. It was announced early today that Wood Partners’ The Belgard NOMA has won a silver award in the development & design: mixed use category for this year’s MHN Excellence Awards.

The MHN Excellence Awards and the CPE Distinguished Achievement Awards recognize the multifamily industry’s most noteworthy people, companies and properties. The 2019 winners were selected by a panel of judges representing expertise across all multifamily and commercial disciplines.

This achievement adds to a number of prestigious design and development awards that Wood Partners’ Mid-Atlantic region, helmed by Regional Director of Development Scott Zimmerly, has won during the past few years.  The awards will be held this evening in New York City.
